Hire policy

We have no minimum hire orders.

All items are subject to availability. 

A valid credit card is required for all bookings. 

Full payment is required prior to pickup. 

Hire items are available for hire for 3-4 days.  ie items can be picked up Friday and returned on Monday. 

All damages must be paid for. 

Item to be returned in the same packaging as they are received. 

Delivery can be arranged within the Gold Coast area.  $55.00 each way.

Should you choice on of our table styling packages, or custom packages, we hope to take the stress out planning your day. 

A 20% deposit is required to confirm your date.  This is non refundable once your booking has been made - as you can imagine a lot of time goes into planning, we may have ordered special items for you or turned down other bookings on your day. 

Payment in full is required 2 weeks prior to your event day. 

Payment can be made via direct deposit or credit card.  Credit charges will incur a 1.5% surcharge.
